Jakarta, 21 October 2026 – PT Gapura Angkasa, in collaboration with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, held Housing Additional Service Benefits (Manfaat Layanan Tambahan/MLT) Week at PT Gapura Angkasa in Jakarta on Wednesday, 21 October. The initiative aims to help workers, including Gapura employees, access housing finance to secure decent and suitable homes.

Housing MLT Week was held simultaneously across 11 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Offices from 19 to 23 October 2026. In the Jakarta Special Capital Region, the event was officially opened by Trisna Sonjaya, Director of Services at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, alongside Anak Agung Made Hardika, Human Capital Director of PT Gapura Angkasa, and Ruli Wijaya, Operations Director of PT Gapura Angkasa.

Trisna explained that Housing MLT represents Value Beyond Protection—providing benefits that go beyond protection against risks to improve the well-being of workers and their families.

“Through Housing MLT, we want to help workers realise their dream of owning a home. For us, workers’ well-being is not only about providing protection when risks arise, but also about helping them build a better life with their families,” he said.

Anak Agung Made Hardika, Human Capital Director of PT Gapura Angkasa, welcomed the initiative as an opportunity for employees to gain information about and access to housing finance.

“With MLT services, including Home Ownership Loans and other facilities, we can provide additional benefits to our employees. After all, housing is one of the basic necessities of life,” he explained.

Ruli Wijaya, Operations Director of PT Gapura Angkasa, reaffirmed the company’s support for this collaboration.

“The synergy between PT Gapura Angkasa and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a tangible example of government programmes aimed at improving the well-being of the Indonesian people, particularly the employees of PT Gapura Angkasa,” he said.

With more than 10,000 employees, Gapura Angkasa considers its human resources a strategic asset in maintaining service quality, safety and operational excellence. Employees who enjoy greater financial security and well-being are considered better positioned to deliver productive and effective service to customers.

Three Main Housing Finance Facilities

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants can access the following facilities:

KPR/KPA (Home Ownership Loan/Apartment Ownership Loan): Up to IDR 500 million, with a repayment term of up to 30 years, for a first home, either a landed house or an apartment.
PUMP (Housing Down Payment Loan): Up to IDR 150 million, with a repayment term of up to 30 years, for a first home.
PRP (Housing Renovation Loan): Up to IDR 200 million, with a repayment term of up to 15 years.

Participants with existing home loans under a floating interest rate scheme may also transfer their loans to the MLT scheme. The MLT interest rate is capped at the Bank Indonesia Rate plus 3%, offering greater stability compared with commercial home loans, where fixed-rate periods may be followed by floating rates of around 10–13% from the third year.

Eligible property developers may also access the Workers’ Housing Financing Facility (Fasilitas Pembiayaan Perumahan Pekerja/FPPP).

Eligibility Requirements and Application Process

Participants must have been registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for at least one year, maintain active membership with contributions paid on time, have no Partial Data Reporting (Pelaporan Data Sebagian/PDS) violations, and meet the requirements set by the relevant bank and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

For KPR applications, participants must not already own a home and must provide a signed declaration on a stamped duty document. For PRP applications, the property must be registered in the name of the participant or their spouse, supported by a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) and a Building Permit (IMB). Each type of MLT facility may only be used once, and only one spouse may apply.

Applications can be submitted through partner banks or BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch offices. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan verifies membership eligibility and provides a recommendation, after which the bank processes the loan application, including checks through the OJK Financial Information Services System (SLIK).

Partner banks include BTN, BNI, BSI and Bank BJB. During Housing MLT Week, employees can also consult directly with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Bank BJB regarding eligibility requirements, instalment simulations and application procedures.

Achievements and Encouraging Participation

As of September 2026, the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan DKI Jakarta Regional Office had disbursed 325 Housing MLT facilities worth IDR 134.64 billion, the highest number of facilities nationally.

Trisna expressed his appreciation to Gapura Angkasa and Bank BJB for their collaboration and encouraged workers to take advantage of the programme.

“Do not hesitate to seek information and consult BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or its partner banks. We hope that more workers will benefit from this programme and move one step closer to realising their dream of owning a home for their families,” he concluded.

All facilities, interest rates, eligibility requirements and approval processes are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and the lending banks.
