Thai Airways Award to PT Gapura Angkasa

Management of Thai Airways Indonesia gave appreciation to PT Gapura Angkasa for handling good customer service, on September 22, 2022. Thai Airways Indonesia representative Mrs. Prapassara Ratanodaya as Station Monitoring Team Indonesia, International Station Services and Control (GD-A), Bangkok Thailand gave an award to Mr. Setiawan as Operations Service Manager of PT Gapura Angkasa branch of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, CGK.

In his interview, Mr. Setiawan revealed that Gapura Angkasa is always committed to supporting Thai Airways (TG) in improving ground handling services, through excellent operational performance both on the landside and airside.


On the same occasion, Mrs. Prapassara Ratanodaya revealed almost all the handling and service requirements provided to Thai Airways, make satisfaction as a customer especially with the quick response that is done. We are very proud and appreciate the dedication and commitment to the best service that Gapura Angkasa has provided.
