Gapura Angkasa Supports China Southern Airlines’ Inaugural Flight on the Palu–Guangzhou Route

Palu, 11 August 2026 — PT Gapura Angkasa supported China Southern Airlines’ inaugural flight on the Palu–Guangzhou–Palu route through ground handling services at Mutiara SIS Al-Jufri Airport, Palu. The inaugural flight marks an important milestone in strengthening air connectivity between Palu and Guangzhou.

The launch of the new route also marks a new chapter for PT Gapura Angkasa with the opening of its new branch in Palu. The establishment of the new branch forms part of Gapura Angkasa’s efforts to expand its support for flight operations and strengthen its presence in Central Sulawesi.


The inaugural flight was attended by Mr Denny Perdana Wirawan, Commercial Director of PT Gapura Angkasa. His presence reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with airline partners while supporting the smooth operation of China Southern Airlines’ flights in Palu.

The launch of the Palu–Guangzhou–Palu route provides a new international connectivity option for the people of Palu and surrounding areas.
