On the same occasion, the Director of Engineering & Operations, Mr. Andreas Eko Novianto, revealed that we must always provide Excellent Services which are value for customers and are services that can provide added value and transform ordinary services into pleasant experiences so that they become a differentiator and unique identity for customers.
