Kick Off Gapura Safety and Service Campaign 2023 Enhancing Awareness to Safety & Services Excellence

On Friday November 17th, 2023 at the Baggage Make-up area T3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport, this ceremony began with a Flash Mob performance from the CGK team, followed by a video screening regarding the Safety Campaign. This event was attended by PT Angkasa Pura II, PT Garuda Indonesia, PT Citilink, and PT Pelita Air to also give speeches.

The "Kick Off Gapura Safety and Service Campaign 2023" event carries the theme Enhanching Awareness to Safety & Services Excellence, which means increasing awareness of safety and excellent service in accordance with the event tagline #DisiplinOperasiHargaMati.

The Director of Operations, Engineering & Services of PT Gapura Angkasa said at the opening of the event that Safety, Security & Service is an important part of every company which is likened to the backbone for the sustainability of the company.

Imagine that we are all dancers in a beautiful dance. Every movement we make must be airy and free, so that we can move along in harmony. However, if one dancer is careless and makes unsafe movements, then the beautiful dance can turn into chaos. Likewise in the workplace, every act of chaos we have will have a negative impact on objects, tools and even human resources. Also related to the new Gapura Company Tag Line: A Symphony of Smart Aviation Services, How is a Symphony in which there are various functions of work units responsible for every action taken following the correct procedures so that the company's goals and targets are achieved smoothly. Happy. Likewise with the synergy between Gapura Angkasa and our customers, to create safety and excellent service.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us always move carefully and look after each other so that the beauty of harmony and synergy can be created in our workplace. In line with the Company Transformation that we are currently carrying out to face a changing business environment different methods are needed for different results, where in these conditions of course there is always room for improvement. Thank God, now we have the tools to achieve this goal, namely 4DX, which we have made a culture of achieving performance in each work unit and the importance of execution for all leaders at Gapura. Gapura's safety performance target in 2023 is 0.028% (1/1000 incidents) we will be able to increase it in 2024 if it can become ZERO (0) Incidents/accidents by prioritizing #DisiplinOperasiHargaMati. In line with this, Gapura is in the process of increasing the quality & quantity of human resources and equipment to support services by prioritizing Safety Is Priority & Service Excellent. God willing, in 2024, Gapura can realize 6 electric-powered Apron Bus (APB) units which will be operated at the CGK Hub to support smooth operations and passenger comfort.

For this reason, we ask all Gapura people to work fully with enthusiasm and collaborate well between work units and coordinate well with stakeholders in our work environment. Finally, I would like to thank you for holding this Safety & Service Campaign nationally, so that this is not just a ceremonial event, but is demonstrated by good results and implementation in operations, by saying Bismillahirahmanirohim, with this, I officially open the Safety & Service Campaign Program.

Next is the VP of Safety, Security & Quality Assurance PT Gapura Angkasa said that. As our effort to increase awareness of safety and excellent service quality as well as preparations for facing NATARU, namely the peak season of Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024, we will implement the 2023 Safety & Service Campaign from November 17th, 2023 to Desember 17th, 2023 with the theme "Enhancing Awareness to Safety & Services Excellence” with the hope of increasing awareness of our safety and excellent service starting from ourselves.

This series of events ended with the pinning of FOD pouches given to representatives of Gapura officers as a symbolic form of discipline to remain safe in the aviation industry. Not only that, other excitement was present at the group photo event and FOD which was displayed with the participants.
