Korean Air gave an award in the form of a complement letter to PT Gapura Angkasa as the best ground handling operator in 2022, on December 8, 2022. Korean Air representative Mr. Kwak Dong as the Station Manager of Cengkareng Korean Air (KE) who gave an award to Mr. Setiawan as the Operations Service Manager of PT Gapura Angkasa branch of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, CGK.

In his interview, Mr. Setiawan as the Operations Service Manager of PT Gapura Angkasa branch of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, CGK, revealed that Gapura Angkasa performs optimal service by improving quality through superior, tough and good quality human resources which will have a positive impact on service improvement.
